DrupalCon Portland is 20 May - 24 May 2013, full details here - http://portland2013.drupal.org/
For various reasons I think there's a smaller UK delegation this year but I know of a few people (inc. Alex Burrows and me) that are going.

Come join the Drupal community for two days of working together face to face on Drupal core, contrib modules, and handbook documentation. You're welcome to join us on the Saturday, the Sunday, or both days.
The London Drupal Sprints enable anyone working with Drupal to improve the quality of the software at the centre of our community. By participating you will learn from your peers, and raise the skill levels of everyone who collaborates with you.
As we inch towards summer, the London Drupal meetup continues. Join 50 other like minded developers, designers, PMs and other miscellaneous drupalistas for an evening of beer, discussion and networking.
With these events we are trying to lower the barriers to getting started with Drupal and getting contributing to Drupal. We are keen to help support those already contributing and those that want to. We have very kindly been donated the space by London Southbank University to allow us to put on monthly code sprints.
We just got around to schedule the next Drupal Public Sector Exchange following the success of the the first one. On the 8th of May we will convene at the Hub Westminster at 7pm to discuss how we increase adoption of the Open Source content management system Drupal in the public sector with a focus on councils.
I'd like to invite you along to our 9th Drupal co-working day in South-West London on Friday 3 May 2013, from 9.30 am until 5.30 pm.
As it's Third Doors 3rd Birthday, they'll be Cake (in additional to the usual pastries and goodies)!
