I hope you all had a good break with plenty of time away from the computer and are now settling back into work. After taking December off, Drupal, beer and chat is back for 2011. And what a year it is going to be! Some of you may have noticed that Drupal 7 was released a few days ago. There were launch parties across the world, including a 200 person party here in London.

If you haven't attended a db&c before, the premise is quite simple. Come along any time between 7pm and 11pm, grab a drink and talk to someone (normally about Drupal, but not always). There is a good mix of developers, agency folk, startups and the Drupal-curious.

Unfortunately, our usual basement room has been booked up, so we'll be upstairs in the big alcove, look for the meetup signs.
