I am very new to Drupal and have been asked to produce a web site that is basically a decision tree,

The heart of the system will be a decision tool which will enable users to identify the most appropriate software for the needs of a particular person with aphasia. The underlying selection process will be based on a decision tree which will be navigated by the user responding to a series of questions – very similar in principle to that incorporated in the online version of NHS Direct. Prior to using the tool the user will be presented with advice on the general principles relevant to aphasia software selection, such as desirability of theory driven targeted materials, appropriate handling of errors etc

Is there a module within Drupal that could be used for this or would I simply have to produce a system using something like hyperlinks.

Any thoughts on this would be a great help.
