Drupalcon Copenhagen

Since there isn't a thread already for Drupalcon Copenhagen, I though I would start one...

I'd be interested in knowing who's going and where the UK contingent are staying?

Easyjet fly from Stanstead to Copenhagen for about £40 if you pick the right time.  I haven't worked out anything for accommodation yet but it all looks pretty pricey.

Also, I'm wondering whether it'll be the usual schedule of wed, thu, fri being the days with the sessions - there's no schedule on the website at the moment, any insight appreciated.

Cheers, looking forward to seeing you all there!

Ticket Price

PS.  If you haven't already bought a ticket, prices are due to go up tomorrow.  They're already about £250 with the obscene Danish 25% VAT.

I'd also appreciate some

I'd also appreciate some insight into days/timings as I will be trying to organise flights/accom this weekend - fingers crossed I haven't missed all the bargains!

Drupalcon Copenhagen

Just got my ticket for Drupalcon Copenhagen, still need to book flight and accommodation.

Flights is fairly easy to research and get the best time/price, accommodation is more tricky as I want to be somewhere close to the social stuff and with good traveling time to the venue. Also would be good to stay at same place as other Drupal folks.

Also need to find a British pub for second nite of DrupalCon Brit get together.

it's been a while...

I've not been to Copenhagen since 2001, so I expect much has changed, but remember an english pub not far from Tivoli gardens.

Ixis are going to Drupalcon Copenhagen

The Ixis team are all going, and we're staying in a town house somewhere in the centre of Copenhagen. Knabrostræde, København, Hovedstaden 1210, Denmark.

http://www.cabinn.com/ are doing some 2 for 1 hotel room deal, although whilst looking around I found it cheaper to get a price for that hotel via another website (which escapes me at the moment).

Obviously I'm way late on

Obviously I'm way late on this one but just thought I'd chip in to suggest that maybe at future drupalcon's we could meet in a non-British pub? It was a special case this time I guess having one pub for the whole time (foobar) but in general, although maybe its just me, the last place I want to go when I'm abroad in a new country is the British pub! Maybe instead we could look for a traditional pub/bar of the place where we are?
