insert image and insert link pop ups don't work with Vista

Since installing Vista the image and link pop ups in the drupal wysiwyg editor don't work. They pop up but the window is blank. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help much appreciated!

Hi,

What modules are you using with TinyMCE to insert images? I'm unsure why Vista would stop these things working though. Are you running the site locally?

Vista and drupal

Hi - no, I'm just the web editor. It's an outside agency who built the site.

How can i get the information you're asking for?

thanks,

Ok then, how do you usually insert the images? Do you edit the page and then click the "image" button in the text editor? Or do you have some sort of drag and drop ability to put the images into the text editor?

I edit the page and then

I edit the page and then click the "image" button in the text editor. And on my Vista machine it  comes up blank whereas on my XP machine it works fine.

Can you provide a screenshot

Can you provide a screenshot for me? Do you mean that there is no button to load the list of images? I presume this is using IMCE which shows a new windows containing a list of images on the server.

I'm trying to paste one in but it's not working -  sorry I'm new to this forum

This is what comes  up in the address bar of the window that comes up when you click on the insert image button

That isn't an image by the

That isn't an image by the looks of it, just a blank html page. EIther way, I guess if you're going through the advanced image button, your then meant to be clicking another button to load a new window which contains all the images from the server. You then click one and insert it into the text editor? If this is true, I don't see how the problem is related to you using windows vista - it would be purely an issue from the website. Can you view the website from another computer to see if there's a difference?

That's the address that comes

That's the address that comes up on the popup.  Yes your description of how it works is correct. It works fine on my other computer (xp not vista). I've looked at the popups on both machines, apart from the vista one being blank, the only difference is the mozilla title for the box. on vista it says {#advimage_dlg.dialog_title}

and on the xp machine it says - Insert/edit image -

In fact I wanted to attach a document with the screen shot to this message but the link button in the wysiwyg editor here is doing the same thing - I click on it and the popup is blank.
