I'm looking for some help.

I'm about as much of a beginner as possible but want to learn Drupal to develop an online marketplace.  I've bought hosting (GoDaddy) and installed the latest version of Drupal, however I'm pretty much now stuck.

I can't seem to get the Commerce Kickstart pack to install/work and I've ground to a halt.

In an ideal world I'd like to buy an 'out of the box' basic marketplace from a company/individual or have someone come to my home/office for the day (I'll pay a good rate) and teach me the basics - enough to get me started.

Would anyone here be able to help with either of the above?
