Just as an idea. There seems massive development of features and additional modules to Drupal, but few pickings of themes (especially outside the mod's of the basic drupal ones).

I feel like a more specialised focus on theme creation/generation could be helpful to users. Especially as the majority of users assess how sites work with their eyes (rather than statistics/errors/speed) judging things in a purely aestetic manner.

Obviously there is Artisteer, which has a bash at themes, and the Zen starter, which is nice but a bit of discussion about further resources may be helpful.
