Just thought I would repost this as it has caused me about 10 hours of searching (about 6 the first time and 4 the second time because I couln't remember where it was).

Basically the article outlines how to use views to shape the theming of your product listing, which is fairly sparse on a bog standard ubercart installation. I am sure that others could find it as useful as I have, and at least I should be able to remember where I posted it as well!

If you're aware of better/different way to be able to theme product listing please let me know as by using taxonomies it doesn't necessarily give you other links a easily.
