The first step in setting up a representative organisation for Drupal in the UK is to go through a consultation period durring which the community can express itself online and through face to face meetings.

A deadline should be set for this consultation period so that we have a reasonable amount of time to discuss the initiative, and a fixed date on which to reach a conclusion and start implementing what has been decided upon.

How much time do we need for further discussion?
