I'm re writing my own ubecart site and tend to get stuck of simply bogged-down; a few meetups or some paid freelance work to get un-stuck now and then could both help. My last site was a different generation (Pagemill html editor and mal's e-commerce), so I doubt I can help anyone else yet but can give it a try.
