Drupal4NGOs February 2011

admin's picture

Drupal For NGOs is a quarterly series of events organised by the Drupal community aimed at empowering NGOs to implement and manage their websites.

Drupal4NGOs February 2011 was hosted by Amnesty International, who have been using Drupal for a number of years.

The focus of the event was the DaNGO project, a Drupal install profile for NGOs which includes modules developed as part of the project. The DaNGO project was sponsored by Microsoft, who also sponsored the pizza and drinks for the evening, and wrote up a pretty good post about Drupal4NGOs.

We're planning to have the next Drupal4NGOs in May, subscribe to the  Drupal For NGOs user group to be informed of the date.
