Hello Greenman,

To get the feed of comments you can give link  "siteurl/node/feed" to the feed icon.

For example: If you go to http://www.drupal.org.uk/ and you can see the RSS feed icon on the right bottom.If you click the icon then it redirect to http://www.drupal.org.uk/node/feed.

Then you will be redirected to the page
