2) Telephone/IM support for technical/how-to questions that are obvious when you know the answer

The idea is to avoid some of the common mistakes and get up to speed quick on the more complicated theme and module issues. Option 2 is probably most appropriate but I'm interested in other ideas. Please include an idea of your costs relevant to your suggestion.
