I have a client who needs a new site on a CMS and would like to move to drupal.

They want a reproduction of their current site with a new design and more organised features. They have a flat design done which will need converting to a theme.

Other than static pages they need:

Suggest an event/job/resource forms which create unpublished pages and flags to admin that they need moderation

They have membership and publications lists on their CMS and need to be able to import a csv to create a listing. In the longer run they may be moving CRM to salesforce

A search for a member on the membership page.

They want the site to be like charitycomms.org.uk - ie latest jobs etc posted to the home page.

Of course the budget it small, but they are a great womens organisation and really need to get this sorted.

I would do project management, client liason, content build and training.

I need someone to build the framework, sort the theme and add the functionality.
