Address Book

Hi there

Is there a module which would allow user to easily add/manage the contact details of a large group of people? The fields I would require are nothing too demanding (name, address, tel no, emails etc). Ideally I should like this to be searchable.

Any ideas?

As a relative newbie :-) it would have to be fairly simple!

A simple solution would be

A simple solution would be to use the CCK module to create a new content type: 'Contacts'

Add your fields to the 'Contacts' content type - First Name, Last Neme, Address....

Any contacts you enter will then be searchable.

cck_address 5.x-2.1

Robert - thanks for your help

I have now downloaded and installed the above address modules (cck_address 5.x-2.1), but it is still saying i need

- Content (missing)
- Address Field (disabled)

What are these and where will I find these as I cannot see either Content or Address (other than this one!!)

Really appreciate your help please.

PS. Any good sites which may help me understand more about cck?
