I am running a website on Drupal ( http://www.sustainabilityforum.com ) and I am looking for a developer that can help me out with some smaller and moderate jobs to optimise the site, upgrade to latest version, integrate new elements, new modules, etc.

I assume that would all add up to around 5-10 hours each month of work needed on the site. Some design skills would also be great to have. 

I am living in the London/Oxford area and would like to start develop a long term business relationship with this individual/company in order to bring this level to the next level and constantly improve it.
