We're looking for an enthusiastic designer to join our small Drupal team. You'll be working on custom website designs and email templates, putting together quality standards-based work. You should have a good knowledge of Photoshop, XHTML 1.1 and CSS 2.1, and a healthy interest in emerging standards like HTML 5 and CSS 3 won't hurt!

Some of your work will involve converting HTML designs to Drupal themes, but no prior Drupal experience is necessary as all the training will be provided, and you won't need to have any programming knowledge, as we have a separate team for that.

You'll be working for a cutting-edge company in Cheltenham who are passionate about creating excellent sites from start to finish, and you'll be working hard, often under pressure, to achieve the best possible results, but there are plenty of opportunities to express yourself and have your own say on a creative level. Love of beer recommended but not essential.
