Drupal Hosters

Hi All,
I'm fairly new to Drupal and have been reimplementing a local charity's website using Drupal. I'm almost at the stage when I am ready to go live with it, and therefore I need a hoster. Can anyone make any recommendations?
As I'm based in the UK I would like a hoster based here, preferably with friendly staff that I can talk to when I make newbie-type errors in uploading etc. If they were in the London area it would be even better.
I am hoping to go along to the Drupal for NGOs meeting tomorrow so if any potential hosters want to speak to me in person and convince me that I should take my business there then that would be great.

for a recent spate of personal websites; lo-traffic use, so don't know how relevant it is for yourself. About to update and transfer an NGO / charitable website over next few weeks, having gained confidence.

It's fairly fast; London based; free telephone support; excellent prices, especially if VPS required; CPanel for shared hosting; text-chat tech support.

Have found helpful and convenient, if site a bit minimalistic.

jbc - thanks for the info. The site I'm working should be pretty low traffic - unless something of major import happens in Kew. I'll get back to you, as offered, if I decide to take the option further.

in my opinion anyway. No phone support but support/service is astonishingly good via online means. Check out the testimonials. We host a number of sites with them.
