We are: Cameron & Wilding, an ambitious, rapidly growing, Drupal development company. Our current goal is to become a disruptive force in the UK Drupal market (think Phase2, Chapter Three). After 18 months, we are well on our way to achieving this. We have launched several large Drupal sites such as mencap.org.uk and nuffieldfoundation.org and we have formed long term partnerships with two high profile businesses with Drupal at their core. Our long term goal is to become an international web technology powerhouse with a focus on open source software (think ThoughtWorks, LShift). We need you to make this happen.
You are: An experienced Drupal developer (2.5+ yrs Drupal experience + years of other experience) looking to take their next step into managing development teams, architecting Drupal solutions and defining internal development processes. You will be eager to make your mark, proactive in suggesting new ideas and comfortable operating at the edge of your experience. You will be given an unparalleled opportunity to shape an emerging technology company. Future roles and salary within the company will only be limited by your proactivity and hard work.
Please send a CV, details of two referees and a covering email to careers@cameronandwilding.com before August 26th 2011. Interviews will take place in early September.
