As a professional Drupal contractor myself I hate asking for freebies ... but there is money in this potentially ... eventually.

For the last 3 years I've been involved with an independent UK movie Hotel Caledonia (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0913393/), it takes a long time to get finance for something like this (development hell) but hopefully we're nearly there.

We do have a website which has been through various incarnations (http://www.hotelcaledoniamovie.com/) and is currently just the splash page. It needs drupalising by someone with some design flair and the ability to stick it together.

There are lots of graphics available - concept artist stuff - and the director, naturally, wants something amazing. (I have explained that amazing will have to wait for real money.)

You may ask why I'm not doing it: Because when it comes to design and graphics I am useless - I can program like nobody's business and manage a team, but I'm no designer. And on this job I think a designer who can handle Drupal is the simplest option.
