Developing Drupal based web sites for a number of SME to Blue chip clients you will need at minimum 2 years commercial Drupal experience. You will obviously be well versed in standard web technologies such as PHP, CSS, XHTML, JavaScript etc. an understanding or ideally commercial experience of ActionScript 3.0 would be excellent. My client firmly believes in paying the person as opposed to paying the role but they have set an upper limit of roughly £35k.
